The school mascot is a bulldog, and its athletics teams are known as the "Aces”, honoring the U.S. News & World Report ranked Harriton High School and Lower Merion High School 13th and 14th in the state respectively. In 2020, ranked Lower Merion High School ranked sixth among college preparatory public high schools in Pennsylvania and U.S. Lower Merion serves both Lower Merion Township and the Borough of Narberth.
